You may be experiencing a midlife career crisis. “When people have been doing something for 10 or 15 years, they may be burned out,” says career counselor Eileen Sharaga. But here’s the good news: with the right education and/or experience, there are a variety of other careers that you could pursue. The most important thing to remember is to stay positive and always look forward, says Sharaga.
So, if you are one of many that hate what you are doing for a living, it is time to prepare to pursue a new career. It may take just a few classes to get you going in the right direction.
